Nearly 4 years ago Rob remodeled the entire interior of his new home. In his latest YouTube video about bathroom remodeling, he is using his own home to show examples of what he learned and might help others in to get started on their own bathroom improvements. Today’s focus, in particular, is on older homes that have smaller bathroom spaces.

The average cost of a bathroom remodel in 2022 can start around 6 to 15 thousand per bathroom. To enlarge the space, add on an extra 6k.
The return on investment can be well worth it, although Rob recommends keeping the costs under about 5% of the home’s total value, per bath.

Lastly, Rob is highly recommending people that want to take out equity from their home to finance the construction costs, do so, as soon as possible.
