'The Cliffs Village' is the furthest village in all of Summerlin. The end of the road when it comes to Summerlin South and Summerlin in general, but as you will see upon visiting, this is the beginning of excellence when it comes to modern home styles in Las Vegas. This community has a quiet, sleepy feel to it, with the occasional pounding of hammers in the background as the final homes in the area are being constructed. The day is not far away that this kind of construction and growth comes to a screeching halt once the land has all been gobbled up.
