'Summerlin Centre' is the furthest village to the North in 'Summerlin South'. Divided into two areas by 'Downtown Summerlin', You'll feel like the roads connecting 'Summerlin Centre' and 'Downtown Summerlin' are your own private access roads into some of Vegas' favorite local destinations!
Originally developed to be one giant 'Summerlin Centre' or 'Summerlin @ Town Center' the developer encountered financial difficulty in 2008 and the site was taken over by 'Howard Hughes Corporation'. They dreamt up 'Downtown Summerlin' and the area has benefited greatly since it's opening in 2013.
If you're looking to be where the action is, yet peaceful in your direct neighborhood, 'Summerlin Centre' may be right for you!
Communities at 'Summerlin Centre' West: 'Traccia' a guard gated collection of modest homes. 'Affinity' by 'Taylor Morrison', currently under construction and available for purchase. 'Villa Trieste' modest single family homes developed by 'Pulte Homes' that were the first to include solar panels in all of Nevada! And 'Alerton Park' a high Rise condominium site with fantastic views. This area has easy access to 'Red Rock Canyon' for biking and hiking and fantastic views.
The Eastern section of the 'Summerlin Centre' village contains single family homes and a large park 'Summerlin Centre Park' that features: baseball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, basketball court, and connection to the areas regional bike trial!
